Egypt Chapter Leader 🇪🇬

Judy Ayman

Judy, a mathematics and quantum computing enthusiast from Cairo, joined YSI in 2024 originally as a researcher and is now the chapter leader for YSI Egypt! Fascinated by everything related to math-based fields, Judy seeks to pursue her education in computer engineering and make meaningful contributions to the quantum field through her research. A well-rounded student who is involved in many activities outside of her quantum research endeavours, Judy is more than ready to lead our Egypt chapter!

Egypt is the largest demographic of all African countries represented in YSI, consisting of researchers, course directors, and now an incredible chapter leader in Judy Ayman, so we are stoked to initiate our first chapter in Africa in this nation continually inspired by science 🇪🇬♥️

Tunisia is one of the most rapidly growing demographics in YSI consisting of researchers, an outreach director, and now a brilliant chapter leader in Mariem Degdagui who leads our second chapter in North Africa in a country continually inspired by science 🇹🇳♥️
